Acceptance of Terms

Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use the cg66 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. cg66 strictly enforces an 18+ policy and does not permit access to the Platform by any person under the legal gambling age.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers on the Platform.

Underage Play
If cg66 has reason to believe or determines that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method used, net of any amounts already wagered. No winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be paid out under any circumstances.

Account Registration

One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one cg66 account. Where duplicate accounts are detected:
- All associated accounts will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

Account Security

Account Verification (KYC)

Verification documents are handled securely and in accordance with the cg66 Privacy Policy.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on cg66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cg66 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via mobile wallet methods.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
- cg66 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfers at this time.
- Deposits are credited to your cg66 BDT wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation. cg66 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's network.

Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Standard withdrawal processing time on verified accounts is within 30 minutes during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions stated in the relevant bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
- cg66 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal request that triggers a compliance review threshold.

All bonuses are offered at cg66's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
- A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Abuse
cg66 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to artificially meet wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and systematic exploitation of game mechanics during bonus play. Where bonus abuse is detected:
- The bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited in full.
- The account may be suspended or permanently closed.
- Real-money balances may also be withheld pending a full investigation.

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). cg66 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a postponed, abandoned, or incomplete event in accordance with the specific market rules.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or software fault that affects the outcome of any game or bet on the Platform, cg66 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a proven technical error are not valid and will not be paid out. All malfunction decisions are final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cg66 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant legal authorities.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
- Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino, or any other form of team play designed to exploit the Platform.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits made to your cg66 account. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation and any outstanding balance will be frozen.

- Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one cg66 account for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, reclaiming bonuses, or evading account restrictions.
Account Closure & Suspension
cg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, underage play, or at cg66's sole reasonable discretion for compliance purposes.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your cg66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, cg66 will process any eligible pending withdrawals of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to stop gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded account is closed indefinitely and cannot be reopened under any circumstances. Any real-money balance outstanding at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad account within a reasonable processing period. Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. cg66 will attempt to notify the registered player by email before applying any inactivity fee. Where permitted by applicable rules, a monthly administrative fee may be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period. The fee will never reduce the account balance below zero.
